Battery cell

A grade brand new cell original brand factory take material, Battery cell 100% test appearance, capacity, voltage, internal resistance. 21 key quality control points. We have a perfect cell sorting process, which is strictly enforced.

The most central material in a battery pack is the cell. The quality of a cell depends mostly on the cell.

Cell pairing

We are strict about the consistency of the performance of the cells used in each cell set. We have more than 10 kinds of professional equipment to test and screen the cells. The voltage difference of each cell is not more than 3 mV, the internal resistance of each cell is not more than 3 milliohms, each cell is required to be free from breakage and collision, and the capacity of each cell we will partition to the best state.

Battery impact test

We take 1 cell from each new box of 100 cells for impact testing. To ensure that the cell safety valve is working effectively. Cells should not catch fire or explode within 15 minutes after being subjected to an external high speed impact.

Charge discharge test

We take 1 cell from each new box of 100 cells incoming for overcharge and discharge testing. The cells are protected without BMS, we will perform a constant discharge until the cells cannot be discharged, then perform an uninterrupted overcharge until the safety valve operates. 15 minutes without fire and without explosion.

High/low temperature test

We take 1 cell from each new box of 100 cells incoming for high and low temperature testing. The cells need to work effectively and reach 95% capacity in a 3C high power continuous discharge at 50 degrees Celsius. Cells are subjected to 3C high power continuous discharge at -20 degrees Celsius to work properly and reach 80% capacity.

Battery pack cell pairing

Each set of battery pack is made with new A-grade cells. We have strict pairing conditions for the cells. Every lithium batteries in the cell set has to have the same parameters. Voltage, capacity and internal resistance have to be the same to get the best out of the battery pack. Battery pack that are not rigorously cell-matched will result in low capacity and short life, and the BMS is prone to damage in an unstable cell state

Battery comprehensive test

We test 100% of every set of lithium batteries produced in a comprehensive manner. We test whether the lithium battery pack BMS charge and discharge protection, short circuit protection is normal, whether the wiring within the battery pack is firmly welded and whether the bridges on the nickel cells of the battery are effectively linked to each cell.The battery is tested for all functions before moving on to the next stage

Battery Vibration test

This is the final battery inspection process. We subject each finished battery to a vibration test. After one minute of high speed vibration on the vibration equipment, all functions of the finished battery must be working normally and the lithium battery must be free from internal noise and shaking and undergo another charge and discharge test. After the battery has passed the test, we will pack the battery and send it out.
