JenteBattery is located in Shenzhen City, which is known as the greatest export city in China. So far, it has become a high-tech enterprise integrating the development, production, sales and after-sales service of electric bicycle lithium battery, electric motorcycle lithium battery, electric wheelchair lithium battery and solar storage lithium battery. Since the factory was established in 2012, the production capacity and the output value have risen constantly. Three new semi-automatic power lithium battery production lines are built.
There is a large-scale lithium battery production line with an annual output value of 50 million dollars. The company has played a leading role in the field of lithium batteries for electric bicycles in China. Some advanced equipment like integrated cell voltage internal resistance sorter, automatic welding machine, laser marking machine, lithium battery comprehensive tester, BMS tester and charge discharge integrated aging tester is introduced into the company. There is also a comprehensive lithium battery laboratory with complete functions, such as collection capacity test, short circuit test, overcharge test, heavy object impact test and vibration test. It ensures the quality, safety and service life of products with professional technology and equipment.
We have a development team composed of elites with many years of experience in the lithium battery industry.From product approval to drawing confirmation and finally to sample production, it tries to achieve the perfect balance between product structure safety and service life. In terms of production, it adopts low energy consumption and pollution-free production process. In addition, the semi-automatic flow operation mode is adopted. It ensures the good production efficiency and controls every detail strictly in terms of quality control, including material inspection, production inspection and delivery inspection. It tests and inspects each product from development to production and finally to quality control.
At present, we have a number of design patents and invention patents, such as triangular battery case. The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. For our products, we have obtained the aviation and maritime identification certificate and report of lithium battery of CE, MSDS and UN38.3. We provide the professional dangerous goods shipping, air transportation, land transportation and high-quality export service.Over the past decade, we have been focused on high-quality lithium batteries for electric two-wheeled vehicles and lithium battery business centered on solar energy storage. It meets the product demand of electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, new energy street lamps, outdoor monitoring, tower energy storage and household energy storage. In the future, we will lay out the research and development of lithium battery products in the fields of medical equipment, intelligent logistics equipment and special military equipment.
